Nokia breaks ground on new campus in Ottawa Nokia officially broke ground on its new “next generation” campus in Ottawa Tuesday morning.

Nokia is a Finnish company that has invested over $1 billion in research and development in Canada.
This project is receiving $70 million in funding from the Federal, Provincial and City governments.
