A sandy track cuts a path through burned grasslands towards the Grampians.

Black and white felt right for this, the trees remain blackened and the white sand is stark against the charcoal and browned vegetation.

Grass Trees under moonlight near the Grampians National Park.

The area is still recovering, and not all the grass trees have survived. Disease makes their usual post-bushfire recovery treacherous.

Big expensive films support thousands of people and studios working on them. Who use these big projects to subsidize many many smaller projects.

Horrible incident, parks such as these should be places to relax and enjoy the outdoors. One shouldn't be concerned with dodging vehicles.

But I swear if they use this as an excuse to further restrict e-bikes I'm going to lose my mind.

The best 4x4 on the market is tiny, has great visibility, and displacement not dissimilar to a high-end motorcycle.

It doesn't crush vegetation underfoot, it isn't wider than the trails and it doesn't get stuck.

Trekking through the nearby State Forest after the state-wide logging ban. You can find common Hypholoma thriving amongst the debris.

There is plenty of human-led remediation visible throughout the area as well.
