I know, I can’t believe it’s already been a whole decade! Feels like just yesterday when I saw this and was like “Ooh now I want an Xbox…”

Happy 40th Anniversary to Rare, and also Happy 10th Anniversary to Rare Replay!

One of the best game compilations ever released, and one of the few exclusives that made me want to get a modern Xbox console.

A SNES mini listed on FB marketplace for $80 with the text “Super Nintendo with all of the built-in original games into the system. Comes with one controller, barely used my son like to use it for a couple weeks and couldn't appreciate the games of the 80s and 90s because he lack sophistication.”

At an arcade today and I beat Super Mario Bros. on the PlayChoice-10 machine here like a pro. 😎

Playing NiGHTS into Dreams… with the SEGA Saturn 3D control pad just feels SO nice. 👌

Decided to try out “Dear me, I was…” because I found the art style really appealing.

It’s not much of a “game” and requires very little player interaction, but as a viewing experience I really enjoyed it.

Predictions:
- More Xbox games
- Farming sims
- Retro collections
- Maybe Silksong?

What I want to see:
- New 3D Sonic (Frontiers sequel)
- Ace Attorney 7
- New 3rd party NSO system app

What I want that will not happen:
- Banjo-Kazooie 3
- NiGHTS 3
- The World Ends With You 3

I just love how small the Japanese GameCube boxes are compared to the ones in other regions.

Mario Paint coming to NSO is a nice, unexpected addition! Even though I still own a copy, I haven’t properly played this game in many years. I had almost forgotten how much I loved this fly-swatting mini game.

Oh interesting, apparently I’m automatically part of the 2nd NSO playtest since I was part of the first. I didn’t even apply for this one, since I wanted someone who’d probably enjoy it more to have it. Since I’m in again though, I’ll give it another try.

Haha yeah, I don’t always carry my awesome sense of style with the stack of hats when I’m out and about.

I don’t know why drinking out of a coconut was so important to me, but, this made me happy.

I finally found a drink served in a coconut! I was looking for one all over when I was in Hawaii two months ago, but surprisingly there didn’t seem to be any places anywhere that had any. Today I went to a fair, and finally got one! I enjoyed a nice piña colada from a coconut.

I like this line. 😆

I find it amusing that Nintendo’s latest villains are Null and Void.

I am really loving this game!
