Another creature design commission! The request was for an Ultra-style villainess that read as feminine without being arbitrarily super sexualized and I wound up taking a lot of inspiration from the Opabinia, one of my favorite Cambrian sea creatures.

The Ultraman X movie has Ultraman Ginga fighting a monster in either Houston or San Antonio, I don't remember which, and the opening of an episode of Ultraman Blazar features a monster attack at a "Texas Teaterium" plant. π
