09.08.2025 11:56 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0Travis can you elaborate on this via recent GPT 5 push? Is it just more of the same on a Sam Altman hype table lol
09.08.2025 11:54 β π 1 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0Good points and yeah I think the hyperledger security framework is a good example of this, mature open source use case in security.
09.08.2025 11:52 β π 1 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0Except for the fact block chain is probably a longer cycle since people are trying to still pump it hahahaha or maybe the fact anyone can pump a coin is true productivity.

09.08.2025 10:42 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0Right, I think Jess Martin at the conference hit this in his talk, the 7 core components maybe linear hits 2 but to be truly local first right, right, you'd have to have all 7 on your roadmap.
I think the technology and what is being done at the performance level is interesting to LF.
Right this is more in line with my thought process. US govt RN is actually not administering free market principles and heavily favoring the modern oil Barron's (tech) via lobbies.

04.08.2025 12:47 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0The problem is free markets aren't free what you are trying to destroy is a sham of what true markets are. Govts and corruptions/lack of anti trust is what skews it. But philosophies with philosophy. Anarchy web 3.0 is not the way again opinion.
04.08.2025 12:46 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0In very essence right Supabase disrupting Google and now things like Jazz trying to distrupt things like Supabase. Seems next 10 years will be more multiplayer for devs. Even Oracle as far as cloud offers high free tiers (Oracle is trash, ποΈ) but the fact being the big three hopefully get spread.
04.08.2025 12:10 β π 4 π 0 π¬ 2 π 0Free markets will always drive need based innovations in the aspect (IMO). As more people become more tech driven, fed up with trillion dollar cap and a/ AI use accelerated ability to patch front ends for things companies build! I see more managed sync from the smaller companies pop on the market.
04.08.2025 12:08 β π 1 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0Texas officials appeared to be almost entirely issuing vital emergency alerts about the deadly Kerr County flooding via Facebook and Twitter/X.
Utter malpractice to restrict these alerts to social media platforms that huge numbers of people donβt use anymore.
Rand Paul bring the hero in the Republican party is wild. The whole premise was to get rid of debt not accrue the most debt possible. Guess people can't be sentient.

24.06.2025 04:26 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0Right the intent is far from noble. I do not disagree with article content on learning models on personal IP but having China be your poster boy is comical.
24.06.2025 04:25 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0Your post is satire or no? China caring about IP laws is hilarious.
24.06.2025 04:23 β π 2 π 0 π¬ 2 π 0Right the correct phrasing should be I mildly disagree with your theory on likeness to semantic models, NLP and LLMs doing s decent job of imitating human cognitive function.
I do agree Sam Altman is a turd and no AI model is sentient/ a true model of a human brain but a like computational model
I disagree with this. All thing catch up to math and our understanding of the universe. Until some primitive is turned on my head I think that's really the same vein as expecting human behavior to change drastically. Archetypes exist for a reason in literature.
24.06.2025 04:16 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0Agreed but this is for LLMs as of now and OpenAI/corporate hype. Eventually at some time in the future given the proper trajectory that depth between the two could be branched deeper on layer at a time to a near AGI Model. Pure theory.
24.06.2025 04:14 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0You are right that they are vectors based on x y z (math) but they are rules of language we've built over ages, with enough learned data to make the vector accuracy pin point. the PBS documentary of math actually pretty fun watch, in terms of thinking.
