Super Psycho Mode patch 0.3.0 coming this weekend. Adding "Turbo Mode" which greatly increases the pace of the game. No more sitting around waiting for the UI.

Next is Psycho League. A tiny ascension system with three levels. It'll lessen the difficulty for earlier levels and build up to psycho.
