👉 Well for me it was simple - I needed the freedom and mental stimulation of new dynamics that I struggled to get in a single career / job!

👉And I have to add…I couldn’t have become a millionaire by 25 years of age if I didn’t pivot to business back in 2004!

Oftentimes when I coach female founders they get intimidated in a room full of alpha men and this is always linked to how they were parented!

So thankfully because of my pretty tough parenting and “no excuses” approach from my dad, the upside was I became fearless in all the things I do today!

👉How did I get so comfortable being competitive in business and life?

👉Where does my fearless approach in life come from??

It came from my DAD, and actually not my mother 😂. He never made me feel I was “less” for being a female playing in a male dominated world.

My father was the most FEMINIST parent I had 🤩, he had no sons and to all 3 of his girls, he encouraged us to be the best in all parts of life!

When people ask me how come:

👉 I don’t get intimidated going shoulder to shoulder with powerful men in a male dominated financial world?

Now the work begins - many of the attendees will be working with me 1:1 to get ready to pitch in Monte Carlo 🤩🇲🇨!

I always find the most exciting talent in the U.K, we had attendees fly over from California and mainland Europe to join me!

Some incredible businesses discussed with so much up side potential, they underestimated how MUCH work goes into the pitch!

but

A “coachable” founder will take on board the points made and learn to PIVOT the revenue models so that both the investor and founder are on the same page.

❌An arrogant founder will get offended and blame the investors for not “sharing the vision” and continue the same mistakes before other family offices and VCs.

Success is searching for SOLUTIONS no matter what life throws at you 🙌!
