If a stat reaches -3, it can't take any more damage and it becomes unusable, so any rolls that ask for it automatically fails.

If 2 Stats become unusable, you are incapacitated.

The one taking the damage pick which stat is damaged

So as your Stats increase, so does your health...

So, like, if your Stats are:

Tough / -1
Buff / 0
Sharp / 1
Sense / 0
Quick / -2

And you take 1 damage. One of your Stats go down by 1 ...
