Kunnen gemeentes juridisch gedwongen worden tot handhaving? Hier ligt nog een enorm, maar kostbaar potentieel voor de milieubeweging zoals diverse succesvolle rechtszaken hebben laten zien.

While this is happening no doubt, there's also genuine aid being cut which will lead to a fukton of deaths. I've read experts saying millions. A drastic cut in aid will cause a lot of pain and death.

I'd change it so that the higher the nutrient density, the more the farmer earns from a crop.
