Working on a customer journey map for the first time. I've come across a few different templates which isn't helpful but selected one to work through one at the moment

Not as interesting as the kettle or airfryer but here is the power usage from my home broadband unit. It's a Virgin Media Hub 3. Using a TP smart plug to measure.

Things I'm liking on @bsky.app compared to Threads

- The ability to follow a feed
- The starter packs... this is cool.

What I'm not loving so far
- A lot more fake/bot accounts. Lots of rubbish followers after one day of posting. At least I can block
- Lack of analytics...
