Trump’s cut on federal funding is coming, as promised. It will jeopardize essential services in Minnesota and communities across America, from healthcare to education. We must prioritize our communities’ well-being and advocate for the resources that support our most vulnerable citizens.

Blaming DEI for the D.C. plane crash is a dangerous distraction from genuine safety concerns. Such unfounded claims undermine efforts to console a grieving nation, promote inclusivity and it diverts attention from the need for a thorough investigation.

On #WorldAidsDay2024 we remember the lives lost & reflect on the Reagan administration’s homophobia and neglect during the HIV/AIDS crisis—a stark reminder of the dangers of stigma & marginalization.
Let’s commit to compassion, urgency, and equity in every health crisis.

Companies rolling back DEI policies know it reinforces white, straight supremacy and privilege. They see it as low risk, assuming LGBTQ+, Black, and other marginalized groups will keep supporting them financially.

It’s time to prove them wrong.
