Someone in Congress needs to sponsor the Pretti-Good Act of 2026. It would:

1) remove immunity from any federal agent who willfully and intentionally violates the constitutional rights of a civilian;

2) prohibit any federal agent from pretending to have a judicial warrant if they don’t, from

nothing like finding other fans in the wild.

FYI: Dems in the senate can't defund ICE. ICE is funded by the Big Ugly Bill. Shutting down DHS on this vote wouldn't touch ICE, but it would shut down FEMA, TSA, Coast Guard, etc. Shutting down ICE requires taking back Congress in the midterms. Dismantling DHS requires the White House in 2028.

Unless the alleged opposition party commits itself to undoing everything Trump did and prosecuting the people responsible, the United States will not be seen as a trustworthy partner for at least a century.
