I made a thing to wear while handing out candy

I have a foam mask I need to glue together with enough time to still seal and paint and dry by 5:30 pm on Friday. The contact cement is most potent.

It’s damp, cold, and our dog currently has canine bronchitis so we have to keep the house warm and dry. I have no clue how I’m going to get this done.
