Britain’s biggest bailiff firm forced into refunds programme after overcharging Exclusive: Marston Holdings apologises to consumers for ‘enforcement fees’ error

The Guardian today highlights serious breaches of regulations designed to protect the public from excessive enforcement fees. The ECB is taking action to ensure that people who have been affected are found and refunded and that this behaviour is never repeated.
