Ours is a diverse and complicated nation. And yet, our shared hope for progress, justice, and dignity for all remains unshaken.

As Democrats, we know that patriotism is not blind allegiance - it is the choice to build a better country.

But we also recognize that the struggle for freedom and equality is far from finished.

In this moment of national uncertainty - where rights are under threat, division runs deep, and many feel left behind - we are called not to despair, but to recommit.

As we mark Independence Day, we do so with pride, reflection, and purpose.

This day honors a radical act of defiance - the decision to break from monarchy and declare that government must serve the people. That legacy of courage and vision remains our inheritance.
