With a federal election on the horizon, don't forget about the environment. What are your candidates going to do to protect our land, our air, our water and all the living things? 🌳💧🌬️🫎🐸

The threats from the south include threats to all of them.

But there has never been a more crucial time to get out of our complacency and into the discomfort. The stakes are too high.

Talk. This is the most important one. Talk to your friends, coworkers, cashiers, everyone. Support each other.

Write to business leaders, your elected city, provincial and federal politicians. Call them, go visit them. Tell them what's important to you.

Protest. Maybe you've never been to a protest. Maybe chanting and marching and waving signs isn't your style. It's not mine either.

It's the best antidote for the anxiety you're feeling about Trump's BS. We all have to act. Small and big, each act is important.
