๐ณ @edinburghtrams.bsky.social have confirmed they're working on a fix for issues scanning National Entitlement Cards (for older people or individuals with disabilities & their carers) at tram stops.
Please do not let this stop you travelling if you hold an NEC pass.

You can now use your contactless-enabled card or device to Tap on and pay for an Adult single fare using the platform validators. Don't forget to also Tap off when you leave the tram, so that your journey is recorded correctly. It's TOTO-lly easy!

Weโll be joining other organisations across the city today in observing a two-minute silence at 12noon to mark 80 years since VE Day. All trams in service will be brought safely to a pause at the nearest tramstop.
