They may well do. We reckon the development will have the 8, 9, 13, 23, 27 in striking distance, but CEC officers seem to think the bus stops are good enough (they aren't).

We submitted comments, pointing out that adding more residents = an even stronger case for S75 improvements to bus stops...even which there are several, some lacking even basic amenities.
But a quick look suggests absolutely 0 attempt to add this in.

To be fair, there's a long and dishonourable tradition of self-proclaimed 'environmental' organisations that say they support new rail infrastructure but campaign against it when it's in their back yard.
