It turns out that, in my own way, I did write a Filipino story—about an OFW thrust into a world that’s not only cruel, but one that profits from her capacity to care.

So I hope people around the world get to read it. But first, an agent who understands my story would be nice! 😅 3/3

My first full manuscript (querying now) is very much inspired by Mishima Yukio’s Sea of Fertility Tetralogy! Forgot most of it but I remember the feeling of horror and fascination well, that strange alchemy of erotic tension and aesthetic philosophy. Maybe I should reread!
