When I wrote three consecutive books for Apress, an American publisher, I was pretty much at the point where I had forgotten what British spellings looked like, and I did eventually make peace with it. Though I could never accept "aluminum" or "math". Fortunately, neither of those were needed.

Good grief. I kind of assumed it would involve the sprint key and maybe avoiding a few fights. I have learned a lot today. 😳

I built my own virtual pinball some years back when we replaced our TV, and I have a huge amount of fun with it, you completely forget it's not real once you start playing - video and pictures attached. Pac-Zania v1.1.0 is available now. This update has a number of changes and fixes, the biggest being the new level select feature: you can now start each new game from any level you've previously reached.

Excellent, how did you fix it?

They certainly get a fair bit more challenging as you progress through the levels. The level select screen in working on should make the later levels a little more accessible...

Right now, there's only full screen mode, but you're not the first person to ask for a windowed mode. Let's see what the next version will bring...

A folder should open containing a file named Player.log. Please email that to me (my contact details are at www.adamdawes.com/misc/contact...).

A low gravity level was pretty much the first thing I thought about when I considered adding new levels. I've always been on the opinion that a remake should add something new, other than just more modern graphics, so I was very pleased to get that level in -- glad you like it too!

Sorry to hear that, what platform are you playing it on? It's been well tested on Windows, not so well tested on Linux, but it should be working on both...

Not sure where those 40 years went. I so vividly remember playing Bubble Bobble in the arcades, the elation when I discovered the cheat codes!

It's great they're making more games, but I think it's still the original I'd feel most inclined to want to play. Nothing has bettered it!
