Just completed a year-long medical study that required me to wear a Fitbit. Prior to this, I did a three-year study with an Apple Watch. (Both devices provided by researchers, mine to keep.) So I guess now I have to decide whether to stick with Fitbit or go back to Apple Watch? Or go wild with both?
