Regardless of whether the entity was human or not, the transaction was wholly unsatisfactory and just wasted my time.

I got the pleasure of interacting with said chatbot. I am not convinced it works. Although it said it was passing me to a human to continue the chat, I strongly doubt I was chatting with a human. It did not address my concerns, and the answers were canned.
