We went to London a couple years ago, we had the pleasure of dining at one of Gordon Ramsay’s restaurants. It was absolutely incredible. The food was superb, the service was impeccable, and the atmosphere was stunning. It really was a dream dining experience. We did the tasting menu. It was perfect

1/4 cup butter
1 small onion, diced
1/4 cup of flour
1 cup of milk
2 cups chicken or vegetable stock
2 heads of broccoli, chopped
1/2 cup shredded carrots
1 cup half and half
2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
