Good, not great, but had a fun time watching it nevertheless. One part I particularly enjoyed was the almost-meta commentary about trying to figure out which rules would apply to the vampire they were fighting, something which us viewers do with every new vampire flick.

Absolutely. My wife and I both theorized that it must have been meant to be a series at first but then for whatever reason (budget, tight schedule etc) they changed their minds and converted it into one movie instead. Shame, the trailer really made it seem like a series and it should have been.

One Battle After Another.

It deserves its hype and praise. I still prefer There Will Be Blood and Boogie Nights, but this is still one of PTA's strongest works, a real thrill ride. My only quibble was with the soundtrack which was for the most part excellent but at times too distracting.

That, along with seeing a very young Johnny Depp in the first Nightmare on Elm Street, are some weird trips.

Weapons was great. Couple of major plot holes aside the acting, the ambiance, and the conclusion were really satisfying. Special shout out to the particularly great use of sound to create tension.

8/10 for me. A good script doctor could have chiseled this into almost a 10.

I had not seen the Sopranos at all until just last year, when I marathoned the entire series. Great show, maybe a little overhyped, but still very good. Hope you enjoy it.

You could tell Scheffler felt really uncomfortable by that whole exchange. Not sure he's ever gonna want to be paired with DeChambles ever again. Orchestrating drama to project one's own frustrations is the last thing Scheffler would ever himself do. #RyderCup

Disney+ ads (specifically about brand new price drops for new subscribers) are literally the first thing that pop up now every time I open up Facebook. The desperation is palpable. The cherry on top is seeing how majority of the comments for these ads are still about sticking it to Disney.

I can get an amazing boost of energy if just the right song hits at the right time whilst I am outside running (mixture of endorphins and adrenaline I guess). What that song is changes every day, but lately I have really enjoyed "Move" by Little Mix and "Lightning Strike" by Snow Patrol.

Cancelled my Disney Plus subscription. Fuck Trump.

Ok this game was legit amazing. An Elder Scrolls -like game from a Polish studio based around Arthurian lore but with Icelandic music. What a wicked combo! A leaner game than Skyrim that focused more on quality than quantity. Dark, brooding and at the start really challenging! Strongly recommend! 💪

Same! Except my experience was on PS1, and just the demo version in a games shop. But I was only 9 years old at the time and it was scary enough that i didnt even attempt another resident evil game for another 5 years. 😅
