Found out something quite neat about my new mirror. Reached out to a mutual friend at Magnet's suggestion, one who knows a lot of local Philly street art history. There are some well-known names on here! Glad this relic caught my eye. It's safe with me :)

Lol, thank you, friend. I'm so achey from shoveling and also just having to climb over piled-up snow on the street corners to get to work. It's annoying and dangerous! But we're getting through. Hoping the weather is mild where you are. 🤞

The ice cream was a gift from a manager at a nearby ice cream shop, who likes to shop at our store :)

Happy things:

1. I've been putting birdseed and bread bits out in my side yard to help with food supply in these harsh conditions. Birds/critters seem to be happily eating them all!

2. My coworker this morning remembered we had some chocolate ice cream. We made affogatos, and they were delicious!✨️

Took me almost 2 fucking hours to get home from work. But I have bested the universe this time. Good fucking night!!!!!!!!!!

That's good to know. I have no idea! Most people's cars are stuck 😓 Philly didn't really prepare for this. It seems like a lot of folks haven't even begun to clear around their cars and houses, and it stopped snowing Sunday night. Everyone's hunkered down haha

It took 2+ hours of shoveling plus kitty litter to get Magnet's car out of its spot. I have shoveled around the house 3 days in a row and everything hurts. The fresh snow iced over and everything is rock-solid. We're expecting more snow this weekend. Woooooooooooooooooooo

Worries about vaccination rates in dogs As rabies seems to be spreading more in wildlife, veterinarians are especially worried about vaccine hesitancy spreading among pet owners, a dangerous trend that could lead to more dogs - and their owners- becoming infected. A 2023 study published in the journal Vaccine found in nationally representative sample of Americans that nearly 40% believed canine vaccines were unsafe and 37% believed that vaccines could lead their dogs to develop cognitive issues, such as autism.

May I remind everyone that there is currently NO cure for rabies.

May I also remind everyone there is absolutely NO scientific proof connecting ANY vaccine that we produce today with autism.

This is true regarding vaccination in both humans AND in dogs.

Vaccinate your pets please.
