I definitely understand that concern and share it but also I took a medical terminology class recently and it would not have been beneficial at all to be in a classroom for the content and made my life so much easier to do the work on my own schedule. I think there is a place for asynchronous.

I’m curious what you think works better on the student side because I’ve used it for asynchronous classes and think it works really well. I do get that it must be a pita for teachers who have to create the class within canvas.
