♻️ Today, Rafael from THKSF visited the @cesefor.com workshop, where the team worked together on defining the formulation of the bio-based board made from cork and heath residues. A great step forward for the #EMBEDED materials development work.

In recent weeks we kicked-off a new #demonstration Horizon EU #Bioeconomy project called #EMBEDED. The will support demonstrations of modular biochar production and application in different EU regions and primary sectors. embeded.eu

In Ireland, MTU, UCD and Carbery will evaluate the integration of #grass #biorefinery and #pyrolysis systems to produce #biochar from grass press cake & assess the use of biochar as a rumen dietary additive for GHG mitigation, and as a sustainable #biofertiliser
