I’ve had this bookcase with photos of my beloved angel dogs in my office for at least a year—and none of my cats ever thought to jump up in it. Until yesterday. Here is Elsa Clair with photos of (left to right): Pasha, Rosie, Lilah, Jasper, and Tucker. I miss them all, and I keep them close.

Technically he would be a grotesque instead of a gargoyle since he’s not a water spout—unless there’s a hairball involved.

A rare occurrence: all 4 cats in 1 photo. Front to back: black & white cats and siblings Elsa Clair and Calvin (aka Calvin Tiberius Katz), followed by dilute torby Dawn and her sister Athena, the dilute tortie. They are all hungry, waiting for dinner and not pleased that I stopped to take a pic.
