this deserves a response. not to me, to shibby and the sub. its already broken containment, people know abt it they just aren't allowed to speak about it.

for r/eh to not even consider her rebuttal and to continue using biased tools even in the face of counter-evidence is, in my opinion, indicative of the overall attitude & quality of the sub today.

shibby has been a pillar of that community for 8 years, with a track record that no one has been able to really match. she's been held up by members of the community as one of the primary sources for quality content at all scales, & i myself have recommended her numerous times throughout the years

my reply, which reads: good afternoon! i will of course comply because i'd like to be able to continue my business. however, i take issue with the idea that hypnosis revokes consent. i have extensive guides, scripts, and miscellaneous documentation for my clients, all discussing the nature of the files and exactly what they'll find within them. they are explicitly looking for an experience that only hypnosis can provide. in my case, it is not even sexual in nature, although it did begin that way (and you can see this in some of my earlier work), and my content is largely about "playing pretend" (more akin to a game) and using hypnosis to enter an altered state that makes it easier for folks to do so, similar to meditation or other spiritual practices. i understand this email alone will not be sufficient to adjust your policies, but between this instance, and the repeated previous takedown instances where I was disallowed from even using the *word* consent, which i view as far more dangerous as it prevents me from even discussing the exact safety concerns you're suspending me for, i take deep issue with the way this sort of content is handled on this platform. thank you for the heads up, and for allowing me an opportunity to censor my work.

We allow a variety of sexual content and fetish art so long as it's consensual. The most important aspect that we take into account during our review is the context of the narrative or the rendering. This would include any unwilling or unwanted coercion or placement into sexual relations. If it seems like the character doesn't want to be in the situation, identifying consent will be more difficult. Having in mind your explanation and the changes made in your post, I've removed the suspension of both your page and your post. They should be available shortly.
