"The Strain" books covered this for their particularly gross version of vampirism. Their only bodily waste was an awful ammonia-heavy fluid excreted from a streamlined digestive system, if I remember right.

Very much the opposite end of the spectrum from "fun" glamorous vampirism with few downsides

Painted a mural in Montreal yesterday at O.noir restaurant, it was fun!

These poses have been inspired by a few of the models from characterdesigns.com - Trying to replicate fantastic dynamic poses by professional models/dancers really tests the limits of a 3D model.

No pose-specific sculpting beyond range of movement shape keys, except the right leg in the last image.

A couple more poses. I learned a lot, and I'm about ready to move on to the next project.

Oh, that sucks. Figure drawings I post always get auto-tagged, but can be appealed pretty quick. So far they've usually been classroom style drawings rather than full color renders or dramatic scenes though. None of them have been visibly trans bodies yet, which hopefully isn't one of the issues. :\
