Two people who just have an over the top personality and also both went a huge chunk of thier lives being unable to make a big holiday celebration after having them in thier very early childhoods.

Yeah they go a bit nuts.

He loves it. He's mostly out on the roof hanging up thousands of lights while Tataru decorates the inside but they make sure to do the tree togather. He lifts her up to hang the star on top!

Everything with them is super big and over the top. Like an insane amount of holiday stuff everywhere.

the song rules too, and apparently the guy just made the thing and sent it off w/o being asked cause his friend told him the game's music director was a huge fan. wholesome.

She hasn't changed her behavior of course, its just that the Scion Company Photo Starlight Cards have been replaced by Tataru + Yoshio FamIly Photo Starlight Cards.

They'd feel bad for him but he chose this fate. (and he was always the one who seemed to enjoy them most anyway)

It took the Scions publicly disbanding and Yoshio marrying her for them to finally be free.

Comic: Rene and Lamaty'i are clipping an alpaca's toenails together, then they stand back and Rene says "There! Perfectly groomed. Now for a well deserved treat." He hands the first Alpaca a treat and pets them. "You only bit me once today! Very good!" Rene goes down the line of Alpaca's with a treat each, fussing over them while Lamaty'i watches.

Lamaty'i imagines putting herself at the end of the line of Alpaca's, thinking Rene would tease her. "You're not an alpaca! You don't get a treat!" And she thinks Rene would bonk her on the head playfully. "Haha! Had to try!" She replies. Plan in place, she puts herself at the end of the alpaca line.

Rene reaches her and she smiles up at him expectantly, then is caught off guard as Rene pulls her in for a kiss on the forehead. "Thanks for the help Lamaty'i, I saw an alpaca nearly spit on you, thank you."

"Now hold on- I didn't check this ones ears for parasites! Now hold still-" Rene peers comically into Lamaty'is ear and still blushing she pushes him away in a panic "Stooop!"

how yshtola and thancred b going about their lives together even though their last extensive on screen conversation was her accusing him of being able to have a minfilia he can control just like he always wanted and him stalking off instead of denying it

Writing Tip:
It can be tempting to write your favorite character as making the correct moves in any circumstance. But that's unrealistic and boring. Have them make mistakes. Have them make decisions based on emotion rather than pure logic. Let them screw up.
