We all should've just put all our savings into film camera gear. Now if we ever get a time machine we'll use that knowledge like Biff Tannen used Grays Sports Almanac.

I had two of them at one time and sold them. I just liked the 80 focal length a tad better.

I like the 150 a lot. I have the 43 and 80 as my others, but I could live with just two.

Totally insane. Even when prices were going up, I thought it was worth it. Now, I would just get the 150mm.

I keep telling myself there has to be a crash coming, but I'm still waiting.

So, my 80mm Mamiya 7 lens is getting dehazed. I was afraid it had gotten in the cemented parts. Thought no big deal, I'll just get another if I have to. $1,200??? My god, what have you all done?!

Did the Auburn hat give it away? 🙂 It's in Birmingham, Ala. (which is actually a big Crimson Tide town.)

Had the Mamiya 7 out a few weeks ago and when the pictures came back, something was not quite right. Checked the lens and it had developed haze. It's in Texas now with the guy who put a Mamiya 7ii vewfinder in my 7.

Had a portrait-themed film walk last week and got some of those back. Remembered my reflector this time. This is with Kodak Gold and the Hasselblad H1.

It also doesn't work for us left-handed people.

Got some film back. Shot a roll that a co-worker had given me years ago. Turns out it was an exposed roll, which means I had some double exposures. In this case, it's Grimace from the #nokings rally taking over Bourbon St.

Tried progressives earlier this year and hated them. Rocking the bifocals so i can see the camera controls. Just look normal through the viewfinder. (Also shootout to Minolta for putting a big print feature on the Maxxum 7 screen.)

I think this model was from around '52-'57 and it was one of their high-end models, but not as fancy as a Telka III or Royer Teleroy, which were also French.

It really does! Kodak had some colorful folding cameras, too. I don't know if they cost more to make, but more companies should've done it.

Indeed it does. Had one last roll from the Film Photography Project.

It is a Super Kinax III. Can do 645, 6x6 and 6x9, though I don't have the masks. Has a parallax compensation. Lenses made by Berthiot and Boyer. This one is a Berthiot.
