Rivals could be phenomenal, but there's a few things holding it back. Support ults with the exception of Jeff's are overtuned. Jeff's is too niche, however, and should be adjusted properly. Team-ups should be adjusted as they drive most non-support bans. Example: Hulk being banned to neuter Iron Man
