The UN’s satellite centre (Unosat) has published its most recent assessment of damage in Gaza: around 78% of buildings there were damaged or destroyed by Israel by July this year. More than 40% completely destroyed. Here's an example of what that looks like in Abasan al-Kabira in the south.

Have you done *any* research to support your claim that the current population elected Hamas? The last election was 20 years ago. 50% of current population were not born then. At least 75% of current population were not of voting age then. Hamas won 44% of vote, so about 11% of current population
