He had five small children. His violent death, like the deaths of so many others, was not acknowledged as a crime. Just a "failure," another "episode," another instance of poor planning. I think feeling a feeling is important: feelings do things. Feeling the difficult ones like: shame, worry, anger, sad are absolutely necessary when it comes to witnessing the murder and starvation in Palestine. I sometimes wonder what extent people are going to in order to avoid these feelings.
