We won our lawsuit and stopped the Trump administration from blocking an array of new wind energy projects.

This is a big victory in our fight to keep tackling the climate crisis and protect one of our best sources of clean, reliable, and affordable energy.

Again I’m angry and disappointed today. Everyday I’ve more resolved that administration needs to change. They do not represent ethics and responsibility. I hate revenge and arbitrary Governing. Independent agencies were a good thing. AGAIN, WE ARE BETTER THAN THIS.

One thing about "original intent" is that the original Constitution was so hostile to the President that their rival was made Vice President, but now we have SCOTUS "originalists" happily giving the President absolute power over everything.*

Sadly-that’s a thought I’ve been contemplating, too.

Basing their “solid legal” position on extrajudicial killings isn’t the solid base they want it to be, but they’re going to sell that position like their lives depend on it. They’ve not justified that or any of their reckless “emergency” decisions before they did them.

I wish that every person in the US had the chance to visit the USS Arizona. For me, it’s a memory of a lifetime-very meaningful and solemn.
