On the Throne of Dreams A comic about maladaptive daydreaming

This is my current passion project, a webcomic I started when I was in high school. I finished up the first arc just before I went to college, and I hope to start posting it again sometime next year.

It can take years to write a story, several more to sell it, and then several more for it to be published. And once it is published, there’s sadly no guarantee the story will find its readers. So if you’re writing stories, you better make sure you’re writing stories that you enjoy.

i kind of feel like most people's version of being "honest but real" just kind of involves lambasting others tactlessly and i don't actually think this is any closer to being truly honest than couching your words in sugary language. it's just another, equally unhelpful extreme
