And I actually have one of their nonsticks. It's lasted me a couple years of light use but was just telling Joe yesterday I'm gonna trash it soon and go super cheap with my nonstick and just replace every year. Not sure a nonstick exists that'll long enough to make it worth a big price tag.

I have a couple of all clad but it seems Made In passed them up. Couldn't resist the brass handles either. Just took the saucier for a spin to emulsify some pasta and not sure them noises are legal in Texas. Very happy and should last me forever.

When you sweep the ice in front of the stone it melts it and it will travel further. When you smooth the ice where only part of it will hit smoother ice, it changes how much it curls as you're affecting how much it rotates.
