Metal Gear Solid 2

Tribute I started a whiiile ago and just got around to finishing it :)

Oda Nobunaga, a Japanese daimyo, is seen wearing a gold and red kimono, with teal accents in the shape of the Oda clan crest, the “Oda Mokkō”. He points his right index finger forward, while his left hand holds the handle of his katana, still in his belt. Behind him, there are two banners, a castle, and a sunset sky.

Last year I got to paint a few cards for Time Rift, a historical CCG developed & published by @triviumstudios.bsky.social. I was assigned with painting Oda Nobunaga's cards, mostly, which was a challenge (a fun and interesting one, but a challenge still)!. Here's the first one I painted: Daimao.

This is something I talked with Kartily recently, a phenomenon she called "the lacking artist", the ones who replace other fields with AI: the writer using AI for illustrations, the visual artist using AI for narration, and so on... Instead of making it a chance for a neat collaboration.
