yakuza kiwami 3 is an insult to the game rgg has purported to remake, its players, the studio's previous quality output and, bewilderingly, women. oh, and the casting of an admitted sex pest. i'm somewhere between dejection and fury.

just played Kurohyou for the first time, super fun, i wonder if it has any worth as a 1v1 fighter? it has that as a mode but given that it's an obscure japan only PSP game i can see why i've not seen much discussion about it

despite my reservations i played the Kiwami 3 demo and it is ASS lmao, Mine's combat would *almost* be fun but he has like 1 finishing blow which is also recycled animations from Lau moves lmao

set up my PS3 to have a VF setup for locals because EAC is causing issues on the PCs we use. FS' UI is always so cool and easy to use. maybe with enough money (or jailbreaking) I could have more games for a full on setup for the locals with games like +R, CF, 5DR, etc.

Finished DMC1. While the camera was a bit of an annoyance for the experience here and there (really prevalent in some boss fights) that game was incredible. Absolutely worth the play.

every time i play it, it only gets better. understanding enemy behaviour takes priority for me over doing long juggle combos, and since 3 gives you so many different ways to deal with enemies however you like, ill never get bored of it
