It is amazing that Quickbooks Online is just as laggy and slow in 2025 as it was in 2010. The biggest difference now is all the dark patterns to hook you into the Intuit ecosystem. Using it makes my heart yearn for a native desktop app like GnuCash.

My most popular opinion is that when you reset your password somewhere, you should end the process already logged in. We got the bus assignment for one of my kiddos - school is 6 miles away, pickup is 1.5 hours before school starts. I'm going to ride them up on our electric cargo bike for awhile, hopefully when they rejuggle the bus schedules in mid-September they will end up with a shorter ride.

I used @muckrock.com to send my request, you can view it, see the roster they did send, and clone/modify the request to submit your own. I don't believe that IMPD doesn't have pictures of their officers but I do believe that they don't want them to be public.

Inspired by fucklapd.com, which allows users to use facial ID to identify officers attempting to conceal their identity, I submitted an open records request to try and get headshots of IMPD officers. IMPD refused, saying they don't have photos as part of the personal file. I'm not quitting here.
