spent hours a few days ago trimming the sections of the gene i don't care about out and a few doing the tree process again and dont these look so much nicer?

had to delete the repetitive region in a gene and i couldn't find software to do it that i could get to work so i did it manually with a RADAR website that only worked with proteins

you know you're doing real bioinformatics when you gotta pull out the character counter

5 hours work and i finally have a tree that makes less than no sense. why are the ticks not on the same branch, why are the 1 and 2 spidroins not separated at all. ourgh
