AI has some very valuable applications, but human-created art & music aren't scarce, & if we care about climate change, we should be selective about what we devote large amounts of electricity & water consumption to.

Plus let's not undercut artists and musicians who are already struggling to get by

AI music is a solution in search of a problem. There's a huge amount of human-created music out there - no scarcity when it comes to available music! Using AI to create something that is readily available from humans already is a waste of energy and water.

I don't get why the #MBTA is so ineffectual at having their buses run on time. The 73 bus in particular is a joke.

I really like the idea of public transit and boost it as a car free alternative way to commute. That being said, the MBTA lets me down quite often. It's not something you can rely on to be on time.
