ok I might have smth that I thought I had a few yrs ago that makes eating make you sick and I'm like oH and it also has no cause but could be caused by autoimmune stuff and I'm like *OHH* like I literally already implemented a lot of the treatment things out of necessity and I didn't even realize 🫠

Concerned it might be worse than lactose intolerance bc that was pretty intense and lasted 4-5 hours......my stomach still hurts a little but it's not terrible anymore...

OK I am removing the ko-fi goal rn until next weekend when we do the donothon! I have recorded how much went towards the goal and will deduct that from the new goal amount!

Anyway yay for college because I would not have had the confidence or energy to read all that without being like "I've read more for school before, I might as well" Lmao. AND I UNDERSTOOD IT!!! I CAN READ, DAMMIT!

I understand the process a lot more now and realize in the end I need to collect all these documents myself anyway, and the lawyer just makes sure I didn't fuck anything up or forget anything 🫠 but they won't even budge until I spend a lot of money with them anyway...

Anyway I read the 50 page instructions on how to file and looked over a few of the forms...it seems...doable? And if I proceed as if I'm filing myself I will be way more thorough and make sure EVERY debt is dismissed, because some of them aren't even on my credit report for some reason 😒

I want to do the donothons just in case my filing is dismissed and I need to re-file, I'd rather just do a lawyer the second time, so having the money already would be preferrable. (There's this whole period where creditors can't fuck with you that I'd like to remain in)

Update: OK so it is apparently possible to file bankruptcy without an attorney for $0-$300-ish... so I might try that first... but I'm thinking I'll still plan the donothons and stuff accordingly, and just state the money will go to legal fees OR living expenses, depending on what's applicable.

OK we're 100% sticking to this plan now, so I will have to keep pushing this and set up a donothon sometime soon!! I might be able to do some planning today we'll see.

I am going to need to pay about $2600 over the next couple of months to file bankruptcy. The sooner I can file the better! I'm trying to avoid them freezing my bank account and leaving me with nothing. 😅 I made a goal on ko-fi ko-fi.com/noxlucent

So if we can get the money together in like a month we could do it... between my savings and my school money it seems possible, just gotta be on that grind 😭 My only real worry is school and having a lot of owed art but I might not have a choice....

The last lady I talked to said I probably have at least a month before they can do anything at all, regardless of if I respond. I'm still thinking I might respond, need to work that out still. but the guy that files at $900 said if I file then the lawsuit goes away completely (c)

Okay so the $2600 all at once seems like the best option to me, because I don't think I can do $900 and then $800 and then $800 (and I'm not sure what happens if I don't pay those last two payments on time, but I remember it being an issue last time I asked) so... saving up it is.
