#RaidMetal is 1/285 scale (6mm) so the play area can be really compact - each if these tiles is less than A4 (8.5x11"), meaning you can have really close quarter arenas. They are also super easy to print.

It's an old copy and yes, somewhat out of date, but it'd be wrong not to replace the copy I had when I was a teen (and it was only $20). Such a seminal series/book form one of the greats.
