So, for a TTRPG project I want to study historical letters and epistolary relationships from really good, potent writers. Especially (literary) rivals or frenemies who would casually and eloquently tear each other apart, if that’s a thing. Anyone have any recommendations?

Okay for us to engage with TTRPGs differently.
If you wanna just dive in and play your lil guys, that's cool. Same if you wanna fiddle endlessly and chase that system mastery. If you wanna get all immersed in your character, that's cool. So is wanting to author stories. And so on.

It really is incredible. I think, on balance, the tone of Oshii's 1995 movie is more my vibe. However, the density of ideas and character moments in the manga is just so high.
