It's pretty easy to get started. You download @Vivaldi from https://vivaldi.com, then install the extensions as you would on your current browser. Enable Proton VPN and you're done. Doesn't cost you anything and it's like browsing in a fresh spring meadow instead of a dark back alley.

1. I use @Vivaldi for my browser, which features @protonprivacy VPN out of the box.
2. I use @eff's Privacy Badger extension.
3. I use Duck Duck Go's Search & Tracker Protection extension.
4. I use uBlock Origin's ad/crap blocking extension.
I keep a lurker account for when I *simply must,* but I don't eff around with Fashbook and Instagram. Been off them for years and abstention has probably done more for my mental health than anything else. I'm also using blockers in my browser to prevent Mark from keeping tabs on me.

I uhhh have three. But in my defense, Indian food loves a pressure cooker, and if you're doing dal alongside your main, you need at least one more.

Dear Comcast/Xfinity,
Thank you for raising my Internet bill slightly in August every year so I know it's time to renegotiate the price, rather than just continue to take my $80/mo. My math says that move just cost you $300 over the next year. See you in 2026, loser!
All my love,
Ryan
A screenshot of a post on LinkedIn. A graphic features two side-by-side line art images of a stereotypical worker. On the left is a "Product Manager," a white male holding a book and coffee cup and smiling. On the right is a "Project Manager," a white male holding a calendar and clock and frowning. The title of the graphic reads "Stop confusing us."
That's right. Product manager has a coffee and a bullet journal and is "working" from his AirBnB in Maui. Project manager is generally unhappy that time exists. Don't forget this important distinction.
