I want to tell my therapist this coming Saturday that I want to work on my PTSD because I'm like 1000% sure I have it or at least some kind of personality disorder that makes me a little unstable when it comes to managing my emotions.

I know a lot of us here in these communities deal with it and normally we find ways to find happiness and peace. But sometimes there are these things that will emotionally stir me, and it could be the lightest thing, but suddenly I'll reel back to when I was mortally afraid of being judged.

I'm bringing this up in my next therapy appointment but I'm trying to get over a lot of my repression trauma.

I feel like it makes me a bit of a loose canon in some of my gay social circles. A lot of it can be pretty disillusioning sometimes and I think it's because of my past with repression.
