Just in time for the Christmas, you can preorder the paperback copy of my book! It wonโt arrive until after Christmas, which I know will disappoint many, but a printout of a preorder is often an even better stocking filler than a book. 20% off with code below!

Another obscure academic crowdsource request - does anyone have access to the Philological Quarterly from 1966 and a willingness to help me?

Extremely niche request, very unlikely to work: does anyone know anyone who specialises in analysis of historical handwriting??

18.11.2025 16:26 โ ๐ 5 ๐ 2 ๐ฌ 0 ๐ 0Agree. My interest was first drawn to law&lit coming from literary theory and interpretive communities as of way of engaging postmodern ideas in a legal context. I think thereโs huge potential in the discipline to explore big ideas. I think thatโs why I find it very exciting to work in!
12.11.2025 12:01 โ ๐ 0 ๐ 1 ๐ฌ 1 ๐ 0I remember having the same realisation and itโs such great fun to dive in! I have also found scholars of literature quite wonderfully tolerant of lawyersโ incursions into their world!
