Today marks the second anniversary of the brutal Hamas terrorist attacks on Israel on October 7th, 2023. On this day, over 1,200 innocent people, including 40 Americans, were murdered, and 240 were taken hostage. Horrifyingly, two years later, 48 hostages are still being held by terrorists in Gaza.

I just joined a brief along with my Congressional colleagues urging the Third Circuit Court of Appeals to uphold the district court's ruling that Trump's appointment is unlawful, and to stop Alina Habba from wielding unchecked, unconstitutional power.

NEW: Alina Habba is still unconstitutionally holding the position of Acting US attorney of New Jersey—even after the New Jersey district court said her appointment was illegal. New Jersey has had enough.

The Trump Administration was promised right-wing editorial changes in exchange for approving the Skydance/Paramount merger.

This move is the direct result.

Paramount is once again bending the knee to satisfy their quid pro quo with Trump and it’s a dangerous step toward Trump’s state-backed media.

What does the Republican health care crisis look like?

Republicans are taking away health care from millions of Americans while RFK, Jr. spreads vaccine conspiracy theories.

The result: life-threatening disease outbreaks as millions can't afford health care.

The State Department needs to condemn Aliyev and take action to stop his collective punishment of human rights activists. Everyone deserves a government with respect for the rule of law—from America to Azerbaijan.

Aliyev is going after them on totally baseless charges in order to silence their work.

First, Aliyev went after democracy activist Gubad Ibadoghlu for advocating free speech and documenting his corruption. Now, court dates have been set for several more anti-corruption and human rights activists: Bashir Suleymanli, Nargiz Mukhtarova, and Galib Bayramov—Gubad Ibadoghlu's brother.

It’s DAY SIX of the Republican Retreat.

Republicans shut the government down and the House Republican Speaker has canceled votes this week. He doesn’t even want to come to the table to negotiate with us on how to lower the cost of your health care.

Spoke at a service calling for the return of the hostages and honoring those who perished on the second anniversary of October 7th, 2023 at the JCC Jersey Shore in Deal.

And rising costs will soon hit every state, including New Jersey, unless Republicans finally agree to act.
